What are these so-called "longings"?
We all have them. Those deep, often quiet, sometimes loud feelings that pull us in a certain direction 💭.
These aren't just fleeting desires—they're what we call longings.
While we often don't talk about them, they are the profound language of our truest selves. They are the voice that offers clues, guiding us along our unique path through life. 🧭
Why You Can’t Ignore Your Longings
Think of your longings as an inner lighthouse 🌟. They are there to be fulfilled. Trying to push them away is futile; they only grow louder. These feelings might seem irrational, illogical, or even inexplicable, but that’s precisely why they’re so powerful.
They are a pure signal from your core, and they won't be silenced.
Paradoxically, following a longing can feel like it's leading you astray. It may ask you to leave behind the life you’ve built, the stability and security you’ve worked so hard for. But does that stability truly feel secure when you are shaking from the inside, unsure of who you are or what you're meant to do❓
The Battle of Inner vs. Outer Information
You have a powerful source of inner information—a clear sense of where you need to go and who you need to be.
The problem is, this voice is often drowned out by external noise. The world constantly tells us, "You have to go there, do that, be that."
This external pressure can make you feel lost.
But your inner voice, your longing, never truly goes away. You know where you need to go and what you need to do.
True self-confidence comes from tuning into this inner wisdom. As the saying goes

“The voice doesn't go away. We go away if we don't listen.”
